Job summary

Salt City Trucking seeks a CDL-A Local Driver for nightly routes with home daily. Expect about $79,976/year and roughly $1,550/week, CPM-based pay, and potential bonuses. 23+ stops weekly, mostly drop-and-hook, up to 91 miles per trip, six-day workweek with a 34-hour reset.

You’ll need a valid CDL-A, DOT card, clean record, and reliable transportation. Night shifts are required, and some days off may be available in the future while trucks remain automatic.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and minimum 3 months CDL experience.
• DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record and reliable personal transportation.
• Night shifts and six-day schedule required.
• No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retail freight on local routes.
• Approximately 95% drop-and-hook and 5% pallet jack unloading.
• Typical workload includes 23 or more stops per week.
• Longest round trip is approximately 91 miles.
