Job summary

AMBSIMS & Associates Corp in Willard, Ohio is seeking a dependable CDL-A Truck Driver for a local route. This position offers daily home time, mileage pay of $0.66 per mile plus stop pay, and an estimated 1,500 weekly miles with around $990+ weekly earnings.

You’ll be home every night with two days off per week, and handle about 3–5 stops per day. Responsibilities include operating the truck safely, completing pickups and deliveries on schedule, pre/post-trip inspections, and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must reside within 40 miles of Willard, OH 44890.
• Local routes with daily home time.
• Good time-management and communication skills.
• Must meet applicable DOT and company hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a medical truck on assigned local routes.
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries efficiently and on time.
• Manage approximately 3-5 delivery stops per day.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Comply with DOT regulations, company safety policies, and hours-of-service requirements.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route assignments, delivery updates, and delays.
