Job summary

United Rentals is the world’s largest equipment rental provider and is seeking a Class A CDL Driver in Fort Worth, TX. Your role is to deliver equipment safely and on time, interacting with customers and serving as a company ambassador.

You will be home each night and have opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization. You will handle drop-offs/pickups, operate trucks and equipment, maintain logs, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering equipment to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate safely and follow DOT regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment to customers and return equipment after use.
• Operate construction equipment and trucks in compliance with DOT classification CDL-A.
• Maintain driver logs and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies to customers.
• Operate boom trucks and cranes per manufacturer specifications.
• Adhere to safety requirements and federal regulations.
