United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver in Memphis, TN. Your role is to deliver equipment safely, on time, and with courteous service, while serving as a company ambassador and staying close to home each night.

You will interact with customers, help meet trench safety needs, and support our growth with reliable operations. The job emphasizes safety, logs, inspections, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years DOT-regulated commercial driving experience.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving.
• Strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate construction equipment and trailers per DOT CDL-A rules.
• Maintain driver logs and perform pre-trip inspections.
• Suggest additional equipment and supplies customers may need.
• Adhere to safety requirements and FMCSA regulations.
