Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking CDL-A delivery drivers in Johnson City, TN for home daily, Monday–Friday routes with early start times and weekends off. You will deliver food and related products to customers, ensuring orders arrive on schedule and in good condition.

The role offers strong earnings—with an average around $80,000+ annually plus an extra $200 per week during a 5-week training period—plus Day 1 health benefits and additional benefits such as stock plans and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience required.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Possess DOT Health Card and be able to secure a new one.
• Able to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and unloads food and related products to customers on schedule.
• Operates tractor-trailer or straight truck; performs pre/post trip inspections.
• Maintains safe driving practices and complies with DOT regulations.
• Communicates professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Completes required paperwork and freight verification.
