Performance Foodservice in Paducah, KY is seeking CDL-A delivery drivers to join our team. You will drive tractor-trailer or straight trucks on intrastate and interstate routes, deliver food products on a set schedule, and represent the company with customers.

We offer a daily minimum guarantee of $280, with average annual earnings around $77,000 for fiscal year 2025, plus benefits from day one, 401(k) matching, stock purchase plan, education assistance and PTO.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet State licensing/certification requirements where applicable.
• Clean MVR (past 3 years).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.
• Able to lift and move freight weighing 10–90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations and inspect tractor/trailer.
• Report safety issues and perform required repairs or actions.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper freight loading, securement, and documentation.
• Deliver orders as per route schedule and obtain customer signatures.
• Unload freight into customer storage areas and handle returns as needed.
• Complete required hours-of-service logs and keep areas clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
