Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a dependable CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route. You will build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

You will perform deliveries on a scheduled route while maintaining safety, accuracy, and professionalism; most drivers are home nightly with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for communication and paperwork.
• Must be able to lift 40-60 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer and unload/deliver products to customers.
• Build relationships with customers and maintain productive routes.
• Complete reports and ensure accuracy of route documentation.
