Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking dependable CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to operate tractor-trailers and unload/deliver a variety of products to customer locations on an assigned route. Build positive relationships with customers and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor on each stop.

Minimum qualifications include 21+ years of age, valid CDL A, ability to read and speak English, and physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Pass employment testing.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with insurability standards.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for communication and reports.
• Touch freight liability: able to lift 40–60 lbs, up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive a tractor-trailer to deliver various products to customer locations on an assigned route.
• Safely unload/deliver products and maintain accuracy of deliveries.
• Provide friendly, dependable service and build relationships with customers.
