Job summary

Sysco is seeking dependable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to safely operate tractor-trailers and unload/deliver a variety of products to customer locations on an established route. You will build relationships with customers, ensuring needs and expectations are met with a positive, friendly approach.

Minimum requirements include 21+ years, valid Class A CDL, English proficiency, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Pass employment testing.
• Valid Class A CDL with insurability standards.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and complete reports.
• Ability to lift and move product weighing 40–60 pounds, up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route.
• Unload/deliver meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies as required.
