Job summary

Gas and Supply is seeking a motivated Class A or B driver with a HazMat endorsement to join our local delivery team. You will haul high-pressure cylinders to customer sites on scheduled routes, perform safety inspections, and maintain accurate paperwork.

The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, a 21+ age minimum, and the ability to handle hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours. Overtime may be available and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Class A or B license with Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Current Medical Examiner’s Card.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to drive hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Retail local delivery route experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload high pressure industrial gas, medical or cryogenic cylinders safely at customer sites or at our facility.
• Use company handhelds to maintain ELD, pre-trip inspection and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate face to face with customers and fellow employees to provide solutions.
• Maintain manifest and vehicle documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Follow dispatcher, supervisor or manager instructions and perform related duties.
