Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of driving experience or CDL training, 21+, hazmat endorsement (or within 60 days), no major violations in 2 years, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; English reading/writing proficiency.
• 2 years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification; valid Class A or B CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within last 10 years.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Deliver products to customers with 10–12 stops per day, handle freight, paperwork, and provide strong customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazmat shipping paperwork per DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify needs for timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business objectives.
• Continue building knowledge of Linde’s business operations.
