Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a CDL driver to deliver products to customers across our service area. You will complete shipments, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate paperwork while adhering to DOT regulations.

Candidates must hold a CDL Class A or B with hazmat endorsement, be 21+, and pass a DOT medical exam. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a Truck Driving School, with a valid CDL Class A or BCDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Able to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with an average of 10–12 stops per day, handling freight, paperwork, and customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify needs for timely vehicle repairs or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
