Job summary

DSV is hiring Non-CDL Local P&D Drivers to operate box trucks within an assigned local service area.

You’ll complete multiple pickup and delivery stops each day transporting no-touch freight, while providing professional and reliable service at customer locations As a DSV Local P&D Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely operating assigned equipment, ensuring freight is properly secured, completing required vehicle inspections and documentation, and communicating closely with dispatch

Qualifications

• Valid Class C Driver License required.
• Clean driving record for the past two years.
• Minimum Medical Certificate and ability to meet DOT physical requirements.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain within 90 days, if required.
• Experience in local P&D operations preferred.
• No positive drug or alcohol test in the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Perform local pickup and delivery routes; home daily.
• Transport no-touch freight with multiple stops per day.
• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck and follow DOT rules.
• Interact professionally with customers and document deliveries.
• Complete shipping documents, POD, and electronic logs (ELD).
• Conduct pre/post trip inspections and report issues timely.
