Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Local Sales Representative in Paducah, KY to execute the business plan for assigned customers.

You will support the Area Sales Manager for On-Premise, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate across teams to drive profitable growth. The role requires strong selling, communication, and planning skills, with a focus on delivering volume, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Management, Administration).

Responsibilities

• Delivers the key metrics goals (Volume, DNGP, Revenue, and Other Initiatives) for assigned customer base.
• Expands customer growth through new business acquisitions.
• Develops and establishes trusting relationships with each customer that enables the LSR to influence purchasing decisions; implement Look of Success (LOS).
• Identifies the optimal mix of packages and brands for each outlet based on beverage categories and consumer needs.
• Performs timely business reviews with each customer to identify needs and present solutions.
