Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages in retail accounts, build displays, and ensure product visibility. You will collaborate with Delivery, Sales, and store staff to provide exceptional service and maintain strong relationships.

The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, valid driver's license, and the ability to work on a mostly indoor route with some outdoor work. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in stores, build/maintain displays with POS as needed.
• Drive on assigned route and deliver to stores.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and Sales team.
• Clock in/out via timekeeping app and adhere to labor laws.
