Job summary

RC Pavers LLC / Ron Christiansen Trucking Inc. in Weston, WI is seeking a full-time Asphalt Plant Equipment Operator & Maintenance. The role supports plant operations, loads materials with a front end loader, and maintains equipment at the asphalt plant site.

Candidates with at least 1 year experience are preferred; training available. CDL Class A is desired but not required. Local work with overtime after 40 hours, a relaxed environment, and home every night.

Qualifications

• Must have some mechanical repair knowledge.
• Prior knowledge of asphalt plant or crushing operations a plus.
• Prefer candidates with at least 1 year experience, but will train those willing to learn.
• Be able to follow directions and have the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist Asphalt Plant Operator with maintenance and operation of asphalt plant.
• Load material feeding bins with front end loader while mixing asphalt.
• Maintain equipment at the asphalt plant site.
• Overtime hours may be available with time and a half after 40 hours; local work only.
• Identify hazards and keep time and material records.
