You will handle financial transactions with care, while protecting member information and assets. The role emphasizes security, team coordination, and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

The Lobby Service Concierge creates a welcoming, secure, and seamless experience for every member and visitor at Credit Human’s Park Ten Health Center. By building trust and connecting people with the right resources and financial solutions, this role strengthens member relationships and supports greater financial well-being.

Experience:

Required

• 2 years of customer service experience

Preferred

• Banking experience preferred

Schedule:

• Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm

Paygrade: 1CA

The expected pay range for this position is $23.77 – $24.10 hourly.

Credit Human is committed to equitable and transparent compensation practices. Final compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic work location.

This role may also be eligible for:
