You will handle financial transactions with care, while protecting member information and assets. The role emphasizes security, team coordination, and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for members, visitors, and business partners.

• Identify opportunities to educate members about products and services that can improve their financial flexibility.
• Deliver accurate and efficient financial transactions while protecting member information and assets.
• Safeguard the Financial Health Center by managing visitor access and following established security procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, couriers, and service partners to keep lobby operations organized and responsive.
• Ensure every interaction and transaction meets operational, audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
