Harvard Protection Services, LLC. seeks Customer Service Officers to deliver professional security and life safety services on-site in New York.

You will maintain a professional demeanor, greet visitors, monitor entrances, respond to inquiries, and assist staff and clients with a customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities include patrolling designated areas, writing log entries and incident reports, and following emergency procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent.
• Must have a security guard license or be able to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Computer skills and ability to operate security devices.
• Write routine log entries and incident reports.

• Maintain a professional demeanor while aiding customers, employees, visitors, and guests
• Maintain a visible presence in the facility
• Monitor the environment, with the ability to detect suspicious and unsafe activity
• Greet customers, visitors, staff, tenants, guests in a professional manner
• Answer all phones in a professional manner
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
• Know the facility policies and procedures, and enforce them
• Perform required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Write routine log entries and incident reports
• Follow established emergency action planning and procedures
