Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to maintain a safe environment, greet clients, and perform unarmed security duties from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday through Friday.

You will interact with clients and staff, document incidents, and assist with post orders, staffing, scheduling, and training at the site. Strong written and verbal English and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• CA Security Guard Card required.
• Minimum 1 year security experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in screening (drug test and background check).
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure environment for customers and employees.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees professionally.
• Provide customer service and basic computer skills.
• Prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Manage post orders, staffing, scheduling, payroll, supervision and training at an assigned site.
• Provide leadership to a team of security officers and ensure protocol adherence.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Operate access control technology at client sites.
• Handle emergencies calmly and investigate disturbances.
• Ensure the safety and security of people and property.
