Allied Universal in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a Security Officer Lobby Ambassador to greet visitors, verify access, manage front desk operations, and maintain a welcoming, professional environment at a logistics and distribution site.

The role requires at least six months of security-related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to use computer systems. Pay is $18.00 per hour with a full-time schedule, Monday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background checks and drug screening will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Manage front desk, verify identification and access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner following site protocols and contacting emergency services as needed.
• Direct guests and coordinate with onsite personnel to deter unauthorized access and maintain a professional reception environment.
