Summary: To clean and maintain all public restrooms and areas to meet company standards of cleanliness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and community.
  • Adhere to Legacy Ventures Service standards and policies, including personal appearance, attendance, and safety.
  • Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, and floors.
  • Dust furniture, pictures, and shelves; clean walls, ceilings, windows, and sills.
  • Follow cleaning procedures and use of cleaning agents properly.
  • Replenish supplies as needed.
  • Clean corridors and stairways; vacuum rugs and carpets; maintain upholstered furniture and draperies.
  • Empty wastebaskets and manage trash disposal.
  • Remove items left in public areas and handle lost and found items appropriately.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of company information and local area to assist guests.
  • Handle customer problems professionally and resolve issues effectively.
  • Keep storerooms clean and organized.
  • Greet guests courteously and interact positively with customers and staff.
  • Follow attendance rules and be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible schedule, able to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment and remain flexible.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills; computer literacy.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; 6-12 months related experience or equivalent.

Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and present information effectively.

Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills and ability to interpret data.

Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems.

Physical Demands: Regularly stand, handle objects, communicate; lift/move up to 50 pounds with accommodations as needed.
