Qualifications

• Previous hotel cleaning experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with guests and sharing hotel information.
• Ability to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight.
• Must stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, public spaces, restrooms and meeting areas.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and associates.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed and ensure safety in all areas.
• Interact with guests to provide information and answer questions as appropriate.
