Qualifications

• Previous hotel cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable speaking with guests and sharing hotel knowledge in conversation.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight.
• Must be able to stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces including lobby, restrooms, meeting areas and other common areas.
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries, providing basic hotel information.
