No real estate license is required; this role focuses on selling vacation packages, not timeshare. You will work with a dynamic, customer-focused team, participate in paid training, and earn uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred in hospitality, travel, automotive, retail, or commission-based sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed.
