About the Role

The Cook 4 is a developing line cook who supports station operations while beginning to execute simpler dishes during service. This role focuses on speed development, improved knife work, early multitasking, and understanding temperature control.

What You Will Do

• Perform basic cooking methods: sautéing vegetables, shallow frying, simple sauces.
• Successfully and consistently maintain a minimum 3-5 simultaneous fires.
• Apply mise‑en‑place planning: organize station, anticipate needs.
• Navigated business demands and prioritized during rush periods.
• Assist station cooks and execute lower‑risk dishes during slower services.
• Set backups, replenish the line, prep core items.
• Assist Cook 3–1 staff with replenishing stations, handing off hot items, and completing shared prep.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years kitchen experience.
• Working understanding of fundamental cooking methods.

• Demonstrated reliability, organization, and willingness to learn.

Schedule & Hours

• Full time.
