The Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a part-time bartender to craft premium cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and hospitality. You will deliver warm, personalized service, recommend menu pairings, and maintain expert knowledge of offerings to drive sales while upholding responsible service and hotel policies.

Formación

• Minimum one year of bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, hotel, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wine, beer, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Outstanding guest service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and create memorable experiences.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple guest requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Keep the bar, lounge, and service areas clean, stocked, and organized, including replenishing supplies, preparing garnishes, and supporting opening and closing duties.

What you will be doing

Craft and serve premium cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation standards.

Deliver warm, personalized guest service by engaging with patrons, making menu recommendations, and creating memorable lounge experiences.

Maintain expert knowledge of beverage offerings, seasonal features, and food pairings to confidently answer guest questions and drive sales.
