Job summary

Holiday Inn NOLA in New Orleans is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of the hotel’s lobby and public spaces. You will ensure guest-facing areas meet brand standards and hotel cleanliness expectations, supporting a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobby, corridors, restrooms, and public areas; stocking supplies; and responding to guest requests with courtesy, while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
• Ensure all furniture, décor, and fixtures in public areas are clean and tidy.
• Monitor lobby appearance throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
