Job summary

Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans is seeking a Public Area Attendant to keep lobby and guest areas spotless and welcoming. You will respond to requests, assist with tasks, and communicate with room attendants to ensure timely cleaning.

You must be dependable with a positive attitude, able to stand for long periods, and uphold the property’s grooming and dress standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Flexible scheduling and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Service hotel public areas to the required standard.
• Use a checklist and sign off on areas completed.
• Report any maintenance issues.
• Respond to special requests.
• Replenish guest supplies.
• Assist supervisors as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and perfection of the guest areas and related duties.
• Communicate effectively with room attendants to ensure timely cleaning.
• Adhere to brand standards and guest expectations.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
• Responds to guest requests and inquiries in the lobby.
