Job summary

Holiday Inn Express New Orleans Downtown is seeking a dedicated Lobby Attendant to maintain a clean, inviting lobby and public areas in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will perform cleaning duties, restock supplies, and assist guests with courtesy and professionalism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and restocking of supplies.
• Ensure lobby appearance stays clean and welcoming throughout shift.
• Assist guests courteously and address requests promptly.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
