Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby and public spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates.

You will clean lobby areas, restrooms, pool and exercise spaces, restock supplies, assist with guest amenities, and support front desk communications. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and assist with lifting or moving supplies.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest service and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room.
• Replenish supplies and remove trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces.
• Assist with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds.
• Communicate suite status changes with the Front Desk and courteously respond to guest requests.
• Support pool and spa upkeep in compliance with health and safety regulations.
