Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the hotel lobby and public spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates in Houston.

You will clean lobby areas, restrooms, pool, and exercise facilities; replenish supplies; assist with laundry and guest amenities; communicate with Front Desk; and support pool/spa upkeep according to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby and public areas, including restrooms, pool, and exercise room.
• Replenish supplies and remove trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces.
• Assist with laundry support and delivery of guest amenities such as cribs and roll-away beds.
• Communicate suite status changes with the Front Desk and courteously respond to guest requests.
• Support pool and spa upkeep in compliance with health and safety regulations.
