Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring an Overnight Lobby Attendant for the 11pm–7am shift. The role focuses on maintaining the lobby and public spaces in a clean, orderly condition and providing friendly service to guests.

You will perform cleaning tasks across lobby areas, restrooms, pool and gym spaces, guest laundry, and front desk coordination. The position supports safety procedures and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Overall cleanliness of lobby areas: Clean all fingerprints off glass doors, Registration Desk and run vacuum cleaner.
• Public Restrooms: Clean sink, toilet, mop floor and replenish supplies as needed.
• Pool Area: Replenish supplies, remove trash, clean glass doors, and note bromine/water levels.
• Exercise Room: Clean mirrors and equipment, take out trash, vacuum, and clean glass doors.
• Water flowers for the exterior of the hotel (if applicable)
• Guest Laundry: Clean washer/dryer, tables, mop floor as needed.
• Assist with heavy laundry when required.
• General cleaning of offices and Front Office areas.
• General cleaning of Associate break room.
• Associate bathroom: clean sink, toilet, mop, replenish toilet paper/paper towels.
• Communicate changes in suite status with Front Desk.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with guest maintenance complaints.
• Deliver cribs and roll-away beds; log deliveries in Front Desk logs.
• Know hotel emergency procedures.
• Accommodate guest special requests courteously.
• Answer guest questions about Residence Inn and local area facilities and services.
• Ensure pool/spa maintenance adheres to manufacturer specs and health regulations.
