Job summary

Hotel Bourré Bonne is seeking an experienced Lobby Bartender to join our luxury Food & Beverage team. You will be the face of the Lobby Bar, crafting exceptional beverages and delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about cocktails, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment where personalized service and attention to detail are key.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Hotel, upscale restaurant, or lounge experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to hotel guests and visitors.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktail menus, wine selections, beer offerings, and specialty beverages.
• Make recommendations and engage guests to enhance their overall experience.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and surrounding guest areas.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible beverage service.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and daily operational duties.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and hospitality-focused team culture.
