Job summary

Hotel Erwin in Venice Beach, CA seeks a Bartender (Part-Time) to join the lobby bar team. This role involves preparing and serving classic and craft cocktails, wine, and beer, while delivering friendly, attentive service to guests in a high-volume setting.

You will maintain a clean, stocked bar, handle cash and POS, collaborate with servers and management, and comply with health and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending experience
• High-volume experience preferred
• Must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid RBS certification or ability to obtain before start date

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to a high standard
• Provide friendly, attentive service at the bar and on the floor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Work closely with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service
• Follow health, safety, and alcohol service regulations (RBS certified or willing to obtain)
