Job summary

Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant to maintain the lobby’s pristine appearance and assist guests with inquiries. You will ensure all public areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked, handling trash, mirrors, floors, and doors with care while supporting guest requests in the lobby.

The ideal candidate will stay energized, communicate clearly, and excel in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area.
• Keep public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted.
• Clean mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors, leaving no marks.
• Remove all trash and restock supplies in lobby areas.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby.
