Qualifications

• Must be able to work well with all hotel staff and departments.
• Must promote a cordial and caring attitude toward all department heads.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all public areas are clean and maintained according to the standards set down by the hotel.
• Perform general cleaning duties in public areas (wipe down stairwells, maintain all ash urns, clean candle glass) and general dusting of public areas.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel and its facilities.
• Clean glass doors and maintain lobby décor.
• Maintain a neat and clean professional appearance; keep the work area clean when finished.
