Lobby Attendant - Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor (Finance)

Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking to expand its Housekeeping team by hiring a Lobby Attendant responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests. This role is integral to delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring hotel profitability.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of cleaning/janitorial experience, preferably in a hotel setting. Full availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $18.54 - $20.60 per hour

Shift Pattern: AM, MID, and PM shifts, starting as early as 7AM and ending as late as 11:30PM. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

• Clean designated public areas such as restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, window washing, trash removal, and floor waxing.
• Greet guests courteously and respond to their requests.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects as needed.
• Assist with guest room cleaning and delivering guest requests when required.
