Responsibilities

As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and hotel profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Performing tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying trash, and cleaning floors
• Greeting guests in a friendly manner
• Performing deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assisting with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms when required
