What will I be doing?

As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, responding to guest requests, and ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Performing tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying carts of linens, cleaning/waxing floors, removing trash, insects, debris, and emptying ashtrays
• Greeting guests in a friendly manner
• Performing deep cleaning and special projects (e.g., mattress flipping, furniture moves)
• Assisting with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms as needed
