Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Corp. seeks a Lobby Attendant for Hyatt House Raleigh Downtown / Seaboard Station to maintain clean public spaces and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates.

You will support lobby, pool, and related areas; handle deliveries, linens, and amenity transport; and communicate status changes with the Front Desk while providing courteous guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and assist with lifting or moving supplies.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest service and safety standards.
