Job summary

EOS Hospitality seeks a diligent hotel housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness across public areas including restrooms, lobby, and fitness spaces. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle routine cleaning tasks efficiently.

Flexibility with shifts is needed to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is preferred, along with a strong commitment to a pristine guest environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public areas including restrooms, hallways, lobby, elevators, fitness center, and employee areas.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, glass polishing, and trash removal.
• Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for cleaning or maintenance support in public spaces.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including the use of proper cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to Engineering or Housekeeping leadership.

• Flexible schedule - willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill necessary tasks.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
• Requires standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

Qualification Standards

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent education preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years previous experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Grooming: All colleagues must maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided).
