Join us as a Lobby Attendant at Concord Hospitality Enterprises

We are hiring for the position of Hotel Lobby Attendant. Housekeeping is ideal for individuals who enjoy cleaning, staying active, making guests happy, and working independently. At Concord Hospitality, we foster a culture where everyone is valued and respected.

The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and public spaces, following standard procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the overall cleanliness of lobby areas, including glass doors, registration desk, and vacuuming.
2. Clean and restock public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
3. Maintain the pool area by replenishing supplies, cleaning glass doors, and checking water and bromine levels.
4. Clean all mirrors and equipment in the exercise room, and manage trash removal.
5. Water flowers outside the hotel if applicable.
6. Clean guest laundry areas and assist with laundry as needed.
7. Perform general cleaning of offices, front desk, and break rooms.
8. Clean associate bathrooms and replenish supplies.
9. Communicate suite status changes to the front desk.
10. Assist with guest complaints related to maintenance issues.
11. Deliver amenities like cribs and roll-away beds, recording deliveries appropriately.
12. Know and follow hotel emergency procedures.
13. Assist guests courteously with special requests and provide local information.
14. Perform pool and spa maintenance as per specifications and health regulations.
