Job description

Front Desk Agent Job Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome customers and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Ascertain their purchasing needs.
  3. Assist customers in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
  4. Know all essential aspects of our business operations.
  5. Collect payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; make change for cash transactions.
  6. Verify credit acceptance by reviewing and recording customer information and operating credit card authorization systems.
  7. Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
  8. Monitor lobby and work area to determine customer flow.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  10. Facilitate correspondence with customers.
  11. Act as the site liaison for the services and sales center.
  12. Collaborate with other staff, managers, and resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Required
  • Languages: English – Advanced
  • Employment: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Salary: $20 – $25 hourly
