Description

We are hiring a Hotel Lobby Attendant.

Housekeeping is ideal for someone who enjoys cleaning, staying active, making customers happy, and working independently. At Concord Hospitality, we value and respect every team member, fostering a positive company culture.

The Lobby Attendant maintains the lobby and public spaces in a clean, safe, and orderly manner according to standard procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Clean lobby areas: Fingerprints on glass doors, registration desk, vacuuming.
2. Clean public restrooms: Sink, toilet, mop floors, replenish supplies.
3. Pool area: Replenish supplies, remove trash, clean glass doors, residue on tables, check water levels and bromine in spa.
4. Exercise room: Clean mirrors, wipe equipment, take out trash, vacuum, clean glass doors.
5. Water flowers outside the hotel (if applicable).
6. Guest laundry: Clean washer/dryer, table, mop floors, assist with laundry when needed.
7. General cleaning: Offices, front desk area, associate break room, associate bathrooms (sink, toilet, mop, replenish supplies).
8. Communication: Inform Front Desk of suite status changes.
9. Assist maintenance: Help resolve guest complaints.
10. Deliver amenities: Cribs, roll-away beds, record deliveries in logs.
11. Know emergency procedures.
12. Guest service: Handle special requests, answer questions about hotel and local area.
13. Pool and spa maintenance: Perform according to manufacturer and health department standards.
