Job summary

Sardi’s is hiring a Lobby Ambassador to greet guests, welcome them into the lobby, and guide them through the store, restrooms, pickup orders, and in-store orders with enthusiasm.

You will be the first impression for guests, help create a positive experience, answer questions, handle difficult situations, and assist with dining room and patio setup while keeping areas clean and safe. Benefits include PTO, free meals, health insurance contribution, and weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Guide guests through the lobby, restrooms, pickup orders, in-store orders, etc.
• Host our Guests: make them feel comfortable and their visit enjoyable.
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner.
• Accurately answer guests' questions.
• Handle and solve difficult situations.
• Say farewell: thank guests and invite them to return.
• Set up the dining room and patio.
• Maintain and clean the dining room, patio and exterior of the store.
• Maintain and clean the restrooms at all times.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests and team members.
• Practice food safety procedures.

As a Lobby Ambassador for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for our guests. You will be the person with whom our customers have the most contact with while dinning in our lobby! This means you will make the first impression and help create + build relations by speaking about us, our food + our team with enthusiasm.
