Job summary

Sardi's in Beltsville, MD is hiring a Customer Experience Ambassador to greet guests, provide friendly service, upsell products, and guide visitors through the lobby and stores. You’ll be the first friendly face guests see and the main contact as they dine with us.

Responsibilities include answering phones, resolving guest questions and issues, maintaining cleanliness and food safety procedures, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

We’re Hiring Customer Experience Ambassadors (CEA)!

As a Lobby Ambassador for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for our guests. You will be the person with whom our customers have the most contact with while dinning in our lobby! This means you will make the first impression and help create + build relations by speaking about us, our food + our team with enthusiasm.

• Host our Guests: Make them feel comfortable + their visit Enjoyable!

• Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return

• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests + team members

• Practice food safety procedures
