Ontario Trillium Foundation is looking for Lobby Ambassadors to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests at Sardi’s. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will greet and guide guests, ensuring they enjoy their dining experience. You will be instrumental in making first impressions and maintaining a friendly environment.

We’re Hiring Lobby Ambassadors!

As a Lobby Ambassador for Sardi's, you will be expected to maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for our guests. You will be the person with whom our customers have the most contact while dining in our lobby! This means you will make the first impression and help create and build relations by speaking about us, our food, and our team with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests!
• Guide our guests through the store (Lobby, restrooms, pickup order, in-store orders, etc.)
• Host our guests: Make them feel comfortable and enjoy their visit!
• Answer the phone in a friendly manner
• Accurately answer guests’ questions
• Handle and solve difficult situations
• Say farewell: Thank our guests and invite them to return
• Set up the dining room and patio
• Maintain and clean the dining room, patio, and exterior of the store
• Maintain and clean the restrooms at all times
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and security of our guests and team members
• Practice food safety procedures
