Job summary

Hilton Shreveport is seeking a Lobby Attendant to maintain the hotel's lobby and public areas, ensuring spaces are clean, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards. You will support guests with courtesy and help sustain a polished first impression across all guest-facing spaces.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior housekeeping or janitorial experience; physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs; and strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Hospitality environment experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
• Ensure lobby furniture, décor, and fixtures are clean and tidy.
• Monitor lobby appearance and address issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and provide assistance courteously.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
