Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns in a fast-paced environment. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Opportunities for performance-based earnings and advancement are available. Compensation starts at $15–$17 per hour, with additional bonuses based on branch results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Experience in sales, collections, or customer service with measurable results is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in compliance with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and balance cash as needed.
